14 DAYS RETURNS POLICY: We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on goods purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase, but only as per the conditions outlined below. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

RETURNS POLICY: At Kevin McAllister Electrical your online shopping experience is important to us and we want you to find our store easy to use and as enjoyable as purchasing goods from us in our store.

The following rules apply for returns/refund on goods purchased online that have been received within 14 days of purchase
    • Goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any accessories received with them. You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning on arrival, but you must not start using them or install them.
    • In the interests of hygiene any haircare, shavers, toothbrushes, hair clippers, electric blankets, headphones, and Bluetooth headsets cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging
    • Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and return as described above or they cannot be refunded
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Items purchased online, can be returned in person to our store in Drogheda on 88 West Street or by An Post at your own cost.

    (Please NOTE: we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit)

    On receipt of the returned product we will begin to process your returns upon inspection of the items. Please allow 7- 10 working days for your return to be actioned.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, used or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    IN STORE PURCHASES RETURNS PROCEDURE: Regarding in-store purchases, we do not offer refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
